If you are not completely satisfied with your photos, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your final images. We will work with you to address your concerns, and in some cases, offer a re-shoot or adjustments to the images. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations, a full refund will be issued if canceled within 48 hours of booking. For custom photo album orders, no refund will be provided once the design process has begun. We are dedicated to making sure your photography experience is nothing short of exceptional.
